$500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for 1/2 beef

Currently we charge $4.75/lb for the beef at hanging weight (carcass weight). 

We estimate our 1/2s at $2,000-$2,400

(not including processing paid to butcher)

your $500 deposit would be deducted from the total once we get the hanging/carcass weight 

You pay processing directly to the butcher and can customize your cuts and preferences.

Processing costs for 1/2 beef are estimated at around $800, this will vary based on your cut selections and preferences. 

You pickup your beef at the butcher once vacuumed sealed & boxed.
