Currently we charge $4.50/lb for the beef at hanging weight (carcass weight).
We estimate our 1/2s at $2,250-$2,700 (plus processing paid to butcher)
your $500 deposit would be deducted from the total once we get the hanging/carcass weight
You pay processing directly to the butcher and can customize your cuts and preferences.
Processing costs for 1/2 beef are estimated at around $700, this will vary based on your cut selections and preferences.
You pickup your beef at the butcher once vacuumed sealed & boxed.
** Be sure to have the appropriate amount of freezer space when buying bulk beef**
