The breakdown approximation guide:

• 2 Rib steaks (bone-in Ribeye)
• 2 T-bone
• 1 Porterhouse
• 1 sirloin
• 2 Delmonico Steaks
• 8-9 of variety of roasts- rump, bottom round, top round, shoulder, chuck, eye round, sirloin tip roast
• 30lbs of Ground beef in 1lb packs
• 10lbs of a variety of stew meat, cheesesteak & cube steak
• 15 packs  6oz burger patties (2 per pack)
• 10 packs 4oz burger patties (4 per pack)
• 1 Brisket
